What we collect
To run your account, we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (or your Google account identifier, if you sign in with Google). We also store the studies, syllabus progress, and puzzle activity associated with your account so your coach can track your progress.
Who can see it
Your coach can see your academy activity and progress. Other students can only see content you or your coach mark as "Academy" visibility — anything private or draft stays visible only to its author and coaches.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your data with third parties, and we don't use it for advertising. The only external services this portal talks to are Lichess and Chess.com, and only when you explicitly import a game from one of those sites.
Data requests
If you'd like a copy of your data, or want your account and content removed, contact the academy at academy@platinumchessacademy.in.
